Directions for use

Adults should take 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed stated dose.

Great product

I’m usually not great at sticking with supplements because I hate swallowing large pills, but these chewable vitamins make it so easy. I love knowing that I'm getting 100% of my essential daily vitamins without having to worry about buying different bottles or figuring out if I'm getting the right amounts. They have a really nice strawberry flavour too which is a huge bonus.

Great and simple multivitamins

they're really easy to take, don't taste horrible and you get plenty in the bag to last you a decent amount of time. I've had problems in the past with making a habit of taking multivitamins but for some reason with these, they're become part of my morning routine with ease.

Bought for my son who has anxiety, add issues and selective eating disorder. After only one week there was a noticeable calmness about him. He had barely been eating so I think that’s why they helped so quickly but I am impressed with the change in him.
