Delivery information and options

Standard delivery is arranged via courier/post to UK addresses. Delivery to all non-UK addresses will be arranged via postal service that customers select at checkout.

Standard delivery does not require a signature and the dimensions of our packaging may mean that product is deposited on your property and not through standard letter boxes.

Specific delivery arrangements may be requested by contacting us at the time of ordering at info@altruvita.com. We will do our best to accommodate this. 

Delivery timescales

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays and dispatched via courier.

For UK orders, although couriers and postal UK postal services aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, it normally takes longer than this.

Orders outside of the UK can vary depending on location.

There is no guarantee on delivery timescale.

Delivery costs

Unless and until we decide otherwise, delivery to UK addresses is free of charge on orders over £25 via DPD standard service – not signed for.

In the event that charges are necessary these will be communicated directly to customers before they order. 

Any customs or import duties payable are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

Order tracking

On acceptance of your order we will confirm that it is being processed via e-mail.

 “Cooling off”

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order (including subscriptions) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise (meaning the first shipment in the case of subscriptions). See our Terms and Conditions for more information. 

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, cooling off rights no longer apply to items that have been opened.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Subscriptions

Any changes or cancellations must be made before your subscription renewal date, which is when we take payment. Otherwise, the amends or cancellation will take effect from the following order.

Products bought from other retailers

 

We are unable to accept returns or queries from products purchased from another online retailer. Please contact them directly for their own policy.

Faulty products

We work hard to ensure our products arrive to you safely and intact. However, if you do receive damaged goods please contact us immediately at info@altruvita.com with details and we will respond to you in accordance with your legal rights.
