International Self-Care Day Offer – Terms and Conditions

AltruVita 50% Subscription Offer

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before taking up this offer. By subscribing during the offer period, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is AltruVita Ltd ("AltruVita", "we", "us"). For any questions about this offer, contact us at info@altruvita.com

2. The Offer

2.1 During the offer period, new subscriptions to any AltruVita product are available at a 50% discount off the standard monthly recommended retail price (RRP) for the first three (3) months of the subscription.

2.2 From the fourth month onwards, the subscription continues at a 20% discount off RRP per month, in line with our standard subscribe-and-save pricing, until cancelled. After 3 months, customers can cancel at anytime.

2.3 The offer applies to the product subscription price only. Delivery charges, where applicable, are not discounted and will be applied at checkout at our standard rates.

3. Offer Period

3.1 The offer opens at 00:01 (BST) on Tuesday 21st July 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on Thursday 23rd July 2026.

3.2 Subscriptions must be placed and payment successfully taken within the offer period to qualify. Orders placed after the closing time will not receive the discount.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

4.2 The offer applies to new subscriptions only. It is not available on existing subscriptions, and existing subscriptions cannot be cancelled and re-started to take advantage of the offer.

4.3 The offer is limited to one discounted subscription per customer.

4.4 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion, or offer.

5. Minimum Term and Cancellation

5.1 By subscribing under this offer, you commit to a minimum subscription term of three (3) monthly deliveries at the discounted rate.

5.2 After the third monthly delivery, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date via your online account or by contacting us info@altruvita.com. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.

5.3 If you cancel before completing the three-month minimum term, the remaining discounted deliveries will be charged and dispatched before cancellation takes effect.

5.4 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from receipt of your first delivery to cancel your order for a full refund, provided products are returned unused and unopened. Details of how to exercise this right are set out in our Returns Policy in our website footer.

6. Billing

6.1 Payment for the first month is taken at the point of subscription. Subsequent monthly payments are taken automatically on or around the same date each month using the payment method provided.

6.2 The 50% discount applies to your first three monthly payments. Your fourth and subsequent payments will be charged at 20% off the then-current RRP. Current RRPs are displayed on each product page.

6.3 If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the subscription.

7. General

7.1 This offer is subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund for any affected delivery.

7.2 The discount has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.

7.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, or to refuse the discount where we reasonably believe the offer is being abused. Any changes will not affect subscriptions already placed under the offer.

7.4 AltruVita food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

7.5 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.6 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
