Katie Murray
Katie Murray is a registered Nutritional Therapist. Through working with our team, she aims to be a reliable source of nutrition information for her colleagues and our customers. She also works first hand with other members of the health and wellness industry. Katie qualified from the esteemed College of Naturopathic Medicine and has since gained over 9 years of clinical experience through her own practice helping her clients with a plethora of health conditions and nutrition concerns.

What can I expect during my 15-minute consultation?
Our Nutritionist will talk through your priority and help guide you with the best supplement choice from our range. Your questionnaire will help guide the consultation to get the best out of it for you.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
Our Nutritionist will send you through a small form to fill in prior to the session to gain more understanding of you and optimise the time you have together. You’ll also be asked to provide a full detailed list of any supplements or medications you are currently taking.
Will I be sent any dietary information after my consultation?
Any suggestions made during the consultation will be given during your session and are limited to advice on the AltruVita range. Private full nutrition sessions, not associated to AltruVita can be made with our Nutritionist, directly should you want a more detailed approach.
I have made a booking, but what happens next?
You will be sent a video link for your consultation and a form to fill in and send back to us at least 24 hours before the session for the Nutritionist to review.
